 Is it difficult to assemble your bouncy castles?

 

No at all, our regular or home-use bouncy castles can be set up by one person and inflated in less than a minute. Click here for a full demonstration pictures and video on how to set up our bouncy castles.

Where can I set up your bouncy castle?

 

Our user-friendly bouncy castles can be set up in family’s living room/garden, condominium function rooms, nursery/kindergarden school, kid’s learning center/indoor playground, park, hotel, residential clubhouse, and a terraced house. 

 

 

​Can adults go in and jump with the kids?

 

This product is not recommended for adult use. The manufacturer suggests a maximum weight and an individual maximum weight. The quality of our bouncy castles make it possible for the manufacturer’s recommendations to be stretched a bit. However, if parents go in and take pictures not jumping, it should be ok.

How do I clean your bouncy castle?

 

Our inflatables/bouncy castles are surface washable only. To remove dirt spots, mildew and stains, try cleaning the soiled area with either rubbing alcohol or a mild laundry detergent with bleaching agent. Thoroughly dry the cleaned area using a soft cloth. Prior to rolling up the product, make sure the inflatable surface is completely dry to avoid mildew and other problems.

Can I use your bouncy castle for rental?

 

Our bouncers are not for rental use. However, many of our customers have successfully used them for rental, a testament to our product’s quality. If used for business, our warranty will not cover. There is a small print on bounce house " Not for Commercial Use".

How can I choose the right bouncy castle?

 

When shopping for a bouncy castle, you can start by checking out the specifications (space required, weight limit, and materials) and features of our different models. All of our bouncy castle range is of the finest-quality design, material and workmanship.

How are your bouncy castles manufactured?

 

Materials :     

              

14- to 16-ounce heavy-duty, laminated and coated vinyl and nylon. Our materials are puncture-proof, fire-resistant and comply with toy safety standards in European countries and North America.

 

Workmanship :

         

Double- to quadruple-stitched vinyl throughout the entire unit supports rugged activity. Reinforced seams ensure puncture- proof jumping.

 

Safety Precautions :  

          

Large viewing windows are made from strong, secure mesh, while Velcro openings and a giant safety step help kids enter and exit safely.

Is the bouncy castle repairable?

 

Yes, an original repair kit and instructions are included in each package. Our bouncy castle can be repaired by patching or stitching it.

Will I hear hissing sound while the bouncy castle is inflating?

 

Yes. Some minor hissing sounds coming from our bouncy castle's seam is normal. All inflatable bouncy castles on the market are sewn with heavy threading yet not completely sealed, so that air can continually escape.

​

A loose outer stitching end inside the bouncy castle is not uncommon as they are assembled by hand. That is why these products are double stitched and have multiple layers of sewing inside. These will in no way affect the function of the bounce house.

Is it safe to order your bouncy castle online?

 

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may pay via ATM, internet banking or bank transfer. Please consult with our sales representatives for our company's bank account information if not paying by credit card.

Do you offer warranty for bouncy castle and blower?

​

All of our bouncy castle products are backed by a limited warranty. We warrant to the original purchaser that the fabric portion of the inflatable is free of defects in materials or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase, and the blower is free of defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt is required as proof of purchase. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. The warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge.

• Please note that our warranty is only valid for normal use not for hiring use.

 

Tears      : All inflatable bouncy castles and slides are repairable, professional patches can be purchased from us. Tears can also be sewn up by needle and strong thread.

​

Blower    : If your blower is not starting, please check the connections and press the reset button on the plug. You may also need to try plugging it into a different outlet. If your blower still does not work, please email us at cs@bouncykids.hk.

​

You should receive a response within 1 business day. Attaching a photo of the problem area will help to expedite the process. Photos can be sent and attached to email: cs@bouncykids.hk.

What countries do you deliver to?

​

All our inflatable bouncy castles and water slides will be shipped directly from manufacturer’s warehouse in Hong Kong and China to the buyer’s home in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macau. If you are not living in those countries, please email us at cs@bouncykids.hk for special shipping arrangement. 

​

We aim to ship all our bouncy castle purchases within 72 hours of payment confirmation and send through our reliable and efficient partnership couriers in Asia. 

​

For international orders, you should expect to have your bouncy castle on hand within 5 to 7 business working days as our bouncy castles will usually be shipped by air freight.

​

When your international order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact us at cs@bouncykids.hk.

 

Once your order arrives in the area, a representative from the shipping company will contact you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery.
